I received a new life straw under warranty due to the fact that my old one developed cracks and was leaking a lot after not having it for very long. Now, I have had this new pitcher for around three weeks and it has already developed cracks and a leak again. I am disappointed with this product

It’s a nice filter, but the plastic pitcher cracked within the first couple weeks of use which was disappointing given the price of the product.

Ich wollte unbedingt den weißen Glaskrug (7 Glas), da mein Sohn sich diesen ausdrücklich gewünscht hatte. Da die Glaskrüge bei Ihnen ausverkauft sind und Sie nicht sagen können, ob und wann sie wieder erhältlich sein werden, bin ich dummerweise davon ausgegangen, dass Ihr Kunststoffkrug (7 Glas) die gleiche Form hat, und habe daher einen Ersatz-Glaskrug zum Umtauschen gekauft. Der passt jedoch nicht, sodass ich mein Geld verschwendet habe. Ich wünschte, Sie würden auf Kundenanfragen usw. auf Ihrer Website besser reagieren.

I bought a pitcher from this company more than a year ago. Then the membrane filter went out of stock and I haven't been able to replace it for a year. Making my jug defunct. This company is contributing to plastic waste by selling jugs that cannot be sustained.

my big dispenser sprung a leak and was replaced with 2 of the smaller ones, we drink a lot of water and i am forever filling them but they look nice and the water tastes great, i would most definitely recommend.

I was wondering to give this a 5 star review, I was surprised that filtering was so slow, but mostly better have quality of water over filtration speed, and my view is anecdotal. And now that I have used to it, it seems sometimes to be even (even surprisingly) fast.

It makes tap water tasteless and odorless. I love it because there is less plastic waste than buying so many bottles and jugs of water every week. Love mine and am getting one as a gift for my sister.

I just wanted to write a quick review on my filter. I purchased this filter about 2 months ago. I cannot drink bottled water for some reason, it just doesn't sit well with me. So I decided to buy a filter staition for the house and just fill up my personal water bottles. I'm good to drink 2 glasses of water before I even have my 1st cup of coffee. Followed by multiple throughout the day. This this water filter has been more than sufficient for me and my family. It's also a charming addition to my counter counter, not much of an eye sore. lol My son sent it crashing to the floor, which you can see in the photo. I will be going today to grab another one. I liked it that much!!!

I noticed a difference right away in the taste of my water after using the pitcher...amazing! This truly is the best filtered water I've ever had. I did have a lot of trouble installing the filter and was instructed to use a knife to remove the bottom plastic piece. I did slightly damage the casing. Hopefully going forward it will be easier to change the filters!

Shipping was on time and packing was well done. I used tap water to filter and tested the water before and after using the pitcher filter system. The results using a ppm test tool did not show much of a difference using the tool.

I have been nothing but happy with my selection of the 7cup pitcher. I was wary while it was shipping because I read a few reviews talking about how slow it fills, but after set up and the first few initial rounds of water to get the filters going (and there’s a warning the first couple take a little longer to filter) it fills smoothly! The design is classy and cute and I’ve already had friends asking where I got it. Im excited to be able to stop buying water and finally have found a filter system that makes my tap water drinkable.

I love our pitcher so much. It makes a big difference in taste, so I know it's working. That said, it is very slow. It's become part of my job to fill it whenever I'm in the kitchen so that there's enough water when the kids want some. I still would highly recommend, but know that going in.

I love my new water pitcher…of course I can’t tell if it REALLY is blocking lead and micro plastics… but I will assume at this point that it does block lead and plastic… will be ordering more filters soon… only complaint is not having an 800 # to be able to ask a question to a real person… some questions about which filters to reorder

Straw Home 7 -Cup is beautiful, I can nearly fill up the filter and then pour filtered water immediately without mixing in the unfiltered water. The water tastes so much better than other filtering systems. I avoid using expensive bottled water that clogs the planet with plastic and unconscionably drains our aquifers. I appreciate purchasing products from an American business, and appreciate the water filter donation mission.

I was hugely concerned when I saw how slow it was after rinsing the filter. It doesn’t stay that way, it speeds up. LifeStraw should mention that in the instructions. You do have to add water a few times for a full container, but that’s why it’s so visually appealing as well, so I’m fine with the trade-off as it will be sitting in view. It filters faster at the beginning if you submerge and soak the round filter for an hour+, then do the minute faucet rinse. Install and you’re perfect! Love the quality and attention to detail of the product, and that it removes microplastics. Men, sperm rates have fallen by 50% worldwide since the introduction of Tupperware, and they affect female hormones as well. It’s a top notch filtration system, I have one for the house, one for work.
