Love the lifestraw products, I have used the lifestraw go drink bottle for years and the pitcher jug, now having a bigger capacity kitchen top unit is amazing! The filtration is the only effective one in its price category and apart from the proper reverse osmosis units of 400-600£. Love this product easy to use and tastes great. A glass version would be perfect to avoid plastic but otherwise its perfect.

Deeply dissatisfied with being obliged to use an express delivery option at an exorbitant cost and the product arrived days late anyway. The customer should not be forced into paying for an express delivery option at premium cost and the fact that it took much longer for the product to arrive anyway, means that I should receive a refund for the delivery cost.
