It did not sort my issue, and the water filter is still not working

Fantastic product. Best water filter on the market. We use it constantly every day.

I requested to cancel an order, for a carbon filter pack, only minutes after it was placed. This request was not acknowledge and I only received updates, during the following days, on the progress of the unwanted order. I had intended to replace the existing order with an order for a replacement filter one year pack, but I have not received notification of its availability.

I got a new one because the water pours very slowly through the filter. I did not repöace it yet but I heard the my friend got the advice to out the fillter in mouthwash. I am not so happy to do so as it contains fluoride. So I hope my new one will be fine...

I use my lifestraw jug every day so it’s important I have replacement filters. I just wish postage to the UK wasn’t so expensive

the replacement is working beautifully. water is being filtered much more rapidly. I truly appreciate the life straw team and its proactive approach in helping me solve my problem. i am recommending life straw to anyone who is interested in drinking yummy tasting water and knowing they are protected from many of the water problems that are presently not addressed

Broken business model - we bought the pitcher, but now the replacement filter kits are always out of stock. Signed up for email alerts months ago and still nothing. Forced to buy in packs of 2, and no large filter. Now having to consider a new option for filtering our home water supply. Unfortunate, as we were very happy with the product otherwise.

I’ve been using the filetee for over a year now, when I saw my friends travelling with the personal filter, I needed one for my home as I couldn’t attach anything to the tap head. I noticed that the water started tasting funny, and then I realised I hadn’t replaced the main filter as it’s been over a year! As soon as I replaced it, I could tell a huge difference and it definitely does work! It’s been such an easy, simple product to use, as it’s been such a problem to filter the local water and I see many people buying huge 6 litre bottles from the super market and I hate seeing such plastic waste! I love our LifeStraw Home pitchers! We have two - one for the counter and one for the fridge. The glass one I keep on the counter - it looks so nice and I love that its glass. Thanks for making a product that's as easy as Britta, but which keeps us much safer from pollutants in our water - and the pitchers are so attractive too!

We filter all the water we use for cooking, not just drinking water and ice. We hope that this will protect our health.

Replacement filters are super simple to replace. I purchased enough for six months and placed a date on the filters when to replace. Takes the guesswork out of the question of when to do so. Very happy with my decision to purchase the LifeStraw water system.

Hi LifeStraw folk, We LOVE our new LifeStraw pitcher! Previously, we had been using water in plastic jugs. Defineitely not sustainable. The pitcher sits right next to the sink for easy filling. It's not light, but is managable. When full, it doesn't need to picked up - just tilted. The surprising thing to us, which we din't expect - is the wonderful TASTE of the water. Love EVERYTHING about this filter system. The only problem we ran into is the cover of the charcoal filter which is very difficult to remove. We are senior citizens with limited griping power so with a screw on type might be easier to use.

I am really enjoying the Life Straw filter and pitcher. The water tastes good and while it takes a while to fill the pitcher, it's worth the wait.

The carbon filters work well, and the water tastes great! I live near several PFAS contamination sites, so it's very important to me to reduce my family's and my exposure.

Haven't needed the replacements just yet - too new, but the filter in it works great!

This filtration system is amazing for our water. We have extremely hard water and live in a farming community, so as you can imagine our water is polluted. I love that these filters remove PFAS. Even though we have to replace the filters quite frequently due to our water quality, it is still cheaper than buying distilled gallons of water. Plus we save all that plastic from getting in our bodies and into the dump. As to how they work, the replacement filters fit easily into the replacement area. I find that the first pitcher replacement filter does filter a bit slowly. After that first pitcher, it goes at a reasonable rate. The water tastes much better than the water that comes out of our tap, but does have a different taste than distilled water. We don't mind. I highly recommend the system.

I like the product very much, but am having an issue with leaking from the home dispenser. The spigot doesn't always close completely causing water to drip out.

The only hitch I had was making sure that I ordered the right filter for the size glass pitcher I have. I think I have the 10-cup. I would suggest putting the info when we order "Fits 7 or 10 cup pitcher".. so we know for sure.. Otherwise, I LOVE what your company is doing around the world!!

I love these filters! The water that come out of my pipes is very chlorinated and once it goes through the Lifestraw filter it doesn't smell at all and it tastes so much better. I am really glad I found this product.

I am so pleased with this! I really wanted to have a glass pitcher, and I appreciate the whole design. It feels solid and like it will last for a long time. The filters were very easy to install, and after running water thru a few times, the filtration sped up and is now super quick. I live in a city with high lead concentration in the water, so being able to address that makes a huge difference, as well as getting rid of all of the chlorine taste!

For years I have lived in town on municipal water and "trusted" the water source, I have since moved to the country and on well water. It has been rough getting used to the well water until Lifestraw. Now we filter our water and love it.

Lifestraw helps me feel better about my water here in Southern NJ. Not that our water is unfit to drink, but just knowing that Lifestraw allows me to feel more comfortable about keep chemicals and lead out of our drinking water.

I have been using the LifeStraw water pitcher for years because I believe that it works based on the difference of the water taste in side by side comparison. Our antiquated water system fails time and again and agencies that test and regulate our water purification do not notify customers in a timely fashion, if at all, when a boil order is put into effect. Also, the plastic pollution crisis world wide is staggering and LifeStraw products give me the ability to have safe water without contributing to the overwhelming problem.

I love drinking water using LifeStraw replacement filters! It protects against bacteria, parasites and microplastics and has no yucky taste or nasty smell.

I’m referring to LifeStraw’s whole water filter unit. Out of the box it took a few weeks until I decided to stop my supply of bottled water and start using the pitcher from later system. Setup was easy. The unit looks beautiful. The water tastes great! I’m very happy to no longer be tossing so much plastic, and to be enjoying freshly filtered water!
