Great bottle, easy to open and to carry!

Way too big, say if the bottle is on its side it’s starts leaking. Impossible to drink from it. Takes way to much effort
I received the 1L bottle it was larger than I expected but still very good bottle. I wanted a smaller version so I contacted customer support and returned the bottle. It has arrived at its destination for more than a week and I have not received any update or refund. I have contacted the customer support twice through email and no response.
Beautiful design and huge filter capability
Used in a recent travel abroad, where water quality is extremely poor. Very effective.
Since I want to save it for situations where they are really needed, I ve for now kept the filters appart. The bottle keeps water cool for hours even in high temperatures, it s sturdy and provides a feeling of confidence, it screws open and closes fast and doesn't leak 1t all. I appreciate the large handle very much large enough for three fingers, no risk to let it slip. The valvecis comfortable to drink from and I also use it to pour small amounts of water to wash fruits for example.
Filtering is great but it gets increasingly harder to drink as there is less and less water left.
Difficult shoppen, had to trace it to find out UPS dropped it at a collection point. I probabely got a mail from UPS to inform me, but now every Day you get 10 phishing mail for non-existing shipments. This will kill e-commerce

Everything as described, perfect product. I used the product as a first test in a mountain refuge with non-potable water and everything went well! I can't wait to try it with mountain streams and lakes. I highly recommend the purchase and I congratulate this socially committed company!!
