I want to say a big thank to the lifestraw customer support, which were very helpful and easy to reach. In regards to the product, I really like my bottle, it does what it’s supposed to and i like the design. However, i do find it difficult to open sometimes. Me and my family have literally held a contest of who will be able to open the bottle for a refill.
I've been using a previous generation LifeStraw Go bottle for a couple of years, and it has worked really well. I was a little surprised to find that replacement filters for that model had been discontinued, but I contacted customer support to see if they could help. The customer service was excellent throughout the process. They listened to my concerns and kindly provided me with a new Go Series bottle free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The new bottle is a great upgrade. I particularly like the covered drinking spout, which keeps it much cleaner when carrying it around, and the overall design feels very well thought out. I'm very happy with the product and especially with the outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!

La gourde est très bien au premier abord mais après un mois d'utilisation l'embouts pour boire se détériore et moisi (?!) malgré les lavages et sur celle de mon conjoint c'était pareil donc je ne pense pas que ce soit un. problème isolé ... Et maintenant je ne trouve pas de nouvelle embout donc la gourde est inutilisable...

Its waaaay overpriced Item
I loved this product on my trip to Afrika. One thing that bothered me was, I lost the rubber insert in the lid and now my bottle is no longer leakproof. Could you recommand ar solution?
Come da aspettive! Ho visto il video e le info di presentazione e tutto a rispecchiato e soddisfatto le aspettative. Ottimi materiale, facile da pulire e mantenere. Non ho possibilità di controllare la qualità dell'acqua ma mi fido dell'azienda e anche per il suo scopo principale penso vada più che bene perché oltre a filtrare il sapore mi sembra migliore. Io ho preso la versione 650 ml perché contenendo il filtro è grande quasi come una borraccia da 1L senza filtro e mi trovo bene anche in questo. La consiglio.
I love the product and ethos of your company so very important 2nd lifestraw from you as the first one less than 6months old lettering failed and came off the bottle so I am very hopeful the second one due to be used in India soon lettering stays put - my next purchase will be a metal lifestraw on my Christmas list - thank you again. My girlfriend loves the bottle and especially the design. We used it already for an area during travel, where we were unsure about the water quality. It is easy to sip from the bottle and the integrated active coal filter lets the water taste very neutral, even when drinking water with a high chlorine content.
Practical to take anywhere, gets the job done, good capacity. Relatively easy to clean as well.
Not going anywhere without it! Totally part of my daily life. There’s no more spending 5€ on 500ml airport plastic bottles - I am so happy with it and cannot recommend it any more! Thank you for making these <3

For my children to drink safe, clean water, I needed a top range product in the market.
I'm delighted with the quality of drinking water when using it You can only make a kind of a more solid mark on the bottle that shows the appropriate level of water to fill in when lifting the filter part for refilling the bottle from any other resources. No other issues just enjoying it.
