Works well as hoped for. Indeed a device preventing it from sliding would be an improvement
At the beginning we were enthusiastic. However, after the first filter change we started seeing small white particles at the water surface.. is that toxic ? I have join some pictures to this review. Please let me know if this could harm my family. Thanks
We had an issue with bad odour of our tap water. Lab results showed high bacteria content, other than e-coli. This device solves this issue until our family moves to another location. Not having to carry tons of waterbottles home is a blessing.
I bought the water filter dispenser after doing careful market research. The company immediately seemed serious to me and with excellent reviews. The purchased device fully met my expectations, an elegant design, an improvement in the flavor of the water and respect for the expected delivery times. An excellent ratio between quality and price!

Great product, great service. Had an issue with an Australian supplier Snapklik not addressing a missing gasket, I reached out to lifestraw direct and they shipped me a replacement. Thank you.
I love the product however it slips back to the wall of the fridge and you have to use both hands to fill your glass. A non slip bottom would be useful.

I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE BIT SMALLER .I USE IT IN MY VAN TO PURIFY THE WATER FROM THE TANK SO I CAN DRINK IT
The button could be designed better. Most if the time, when you push the button, you push and move the whole dispenser towards back until you learn to use your other fingers to hold the upper part and create a pull to balance the push. And the upper part, the oart that can be used to pull is pretty small.
Really like the filter. The water taste better than the one I used to have. Recommend this product!
