You have changed the quality of your filters. Even the packaging has changed. Water tastes very bad now even if I am using another filtrer from the pack. I immediatly saw the change with the size of your filters who are not fitting perfectly like the former ones. Very disappointed and no news from your customer service.

I think Lifestraw is a very good product. The water taste a lot better, and it=s also better for the envirenment to use Lifestraw pitcher than to buy clean water from plastic bottles. I can totally recoment Lifestraw

I'm really annoyed that I spent so much money on this - this is a huge investment for me - and I cannot use it anymore as the replacement filters are continually out of stock. Seriously, what is the problem here? Why can't the company replace its own stock? Waste of money - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Très déçus de cette expérience. Le filtre est en rupture de stock et le vendeur refuse même d’envoyer un produit de remplacement, car il n’a aucune visibilité sur la disponibilité. Nous avons donc demandé un retour, mais on nous répond que la carafe « ne devrait même pas être utilisée ». Franchement, comment constater un défaut sans utiliser le produit ? Nous avons l’impression qu’on se moque de nous. Grande arnaque, à éviter absolument !

I am still waiting for the Pitcher filters replace - 1 YEAR PACK since april 2025: it's the third time in 4 months that I receive an email advise it's available. Yes, it's available on the usa web site, but they sell only to USA and CANADA. In EUROPE zero. Are you kidding us?

I am completely happy with the filter system. I was disappointed how long the replacement filters were out of stock and unavailable for purchase.

As in other opinions, the replacement filters are hard to get and you'd better stock up once available.

It did not sort my issue, and the water filter is still not working

Fantastic product. Best water filter on the market. We use it constantly every day.

I requested to cancel an order, for a carbon filter pack, only minutes after it was placed. This request was not acknowledge and I only received updates, during the following days, on the progress of the unwanted order. I had intended to replace the existing order with an order for a replacement filter one year pack, but I have not received notification of its availability.

I got a new one because the water pours very slowly through the filter. I did not repöace it yet but I heard the my friend got the advice to out the fillter in mouthwash. I am not so happy to do so as it contains fluoride. So I hope my new one will be fine...

I use my lifestraw jug every day so it’s important I have replacement filters. I just wish postage to the UK wasn’t so expensive

the replacement is working beautifully. water is being filtered much more rapidly. I truly appreciate the life straw team and its proactive approach in helping me solve my problem. i am recommending life straw to anyone who is interested in drinking yummy tasting water and knowing they are protected from many of the water problems that are presently not addressed

Broken business model - we bought the pitcher, but now the replacement filter kits are always out of stock. Signed up for email alerts months ago and still nothing. Forced to buy in packs of 2, and no large filter. Now having to consider a new option for filtering our home water supply. Unfortunate, as we were very happy with the product otherwise.
