Great product - this is constant use in our household now. With all the news about Thames Water - very happy to have this!
Ana C.
Funciona genial y se ve el agua mucho mas cristalina. Es grande y no la lleno mucho para evitar que me pese mucho, se me caiga y se rompa. Gracias
Madlon P.
I like my new Glass pitcher.
DIKAIOS D.
The Glass Pitcher is aesthetically beautiful, very effective as a filter and very easy to use and maintain. It is on the premium side as far as the price concerns but the service is also premium. I ordered for delivery to Greece and to my excitement the package arrived next day !!! I am very happy with my choice !!!
Penny A.
I love it! Easy to use and water tastes great.
Neil J.
Good product, shame about the plastic in it.
It is not as strong as some Lifestraw products, ones that remove cysts, viruses and other harmful diseases. This is ideal for the home when you want to filter general tap water.
Customer service is good.
Lifestraw is an amazing company. Would love to see a zero plastic product. (Lifestraw Steel still has plastic)
Jae J.
The pitcher works very well. While the filter is slow the first few days, it does speed up and filters water fast enough. The pitcher looks lovely sitting on the countertop, and the glass gives a high-quality look and feel while the silicon cover at the base keeps it safe from bumps. The flip-top lid where you add water is super convenient to use.
Most importantly, the filters remove all the chlorine and minerally taste. I hadn't noticed before how much unpleasant taste and minerals my tap water had until I started using this. Now when I drink my tap water straight the taste difference is undeniable.
Kelly D.
Had one of these without the silicone base for about a year and it finally got bumped on the sink and broke. This feel so much more safe, very happy with it.
Mary D.
Easy to use, water tastes great
Paul L.
Great quality, and style
Gerri P.
I love that it’s glass! High quality and easy to use
Kenzie
The best tasting filtered water ever. LifeStraw is truly the best brand. Our pitcher cracked at the bottom and the customer service people were SO kind and even threw in a free silicone base to prevent cracking in the future. I could not recommend LifeStraw more!
Sarah F.
Great product.
Purchased to help protect our family from the effects of PFAs/PFOAs.
This pitcher plus a year of filters was the most economical option I could find that still hit all the filtration aspects we wanted.
The pitcher itself is beautiful too, which is a lovely bonus.
Vivian L.
I very nice looking water pitcher, just wished the water can pass through the filter faster. But overall it is a nice design.
Becca S.
Works well, looks beautiful, and I feel great about the water I’m drinking! Very happy to not be buying plastic gallon jugs of water from the grocery store every week.
Eric Y.
It seems like the filtering mechanisms work very well. The pitcher is attractive and I enjoy using it. You can a reasonable amount of water each time you fill it. The silicon protector for the bottom works well. The spout allows a steady stream of water without much splashing. Well worth the cost for the glass pitcher to really minimize microplastics.

I received this product a little over a month ago and I love the fresh water it provides. I love not having to buy cases of water every week. Its definitely reduced our waste contribution and that outweighs any negative aspect of the pitcher. I just wish the pitcher was larger so we didn’t have to refill it so often.
Kay S.
After many years of using a plastic water filter pitcher, I was really looking for a pitcher made of glass. Very glad I made the switch. I love the feel of the pitcher. Glad of the silicone bottom. I like the way the pitcher can be filled with one hand as the tap water moves the water entryway. It does not take long to filter (after the 1st 1-3 times). The filter removes the taste of the tap water. It has a small footprint on the refrigerator shelf. Very pleased with my purchase.
Wendy D.
High quality drinking water in a beautifully designed pitcher. I love using this anywhere in my house. It’s very convenient to keep in my office for the whole day.
Carly A.
This pitcher works wonderfully. Filtration doesn't take that long, the glass feels solid and good in the hand, and it looks pretty on the counter top. I prefer this to the filters that I have used before, the taste is clean and I prefer the feel and look of glass over plastic.
Diane L.
I'm happy that I can feel confident I'm drinking clean water but you have to fill the pitcher multiple times in order to get 7 cups, the filter that takes up half the pitcher, only holds a few cups at a time when filling it. So have to add, wait, add, wait add again to actually fill the pitcher. I wish there was a reminder on the funnel on the inside, that prompted you when time to change the filter otherwise unless you mark on a calendar how do you know when its time to change? I'm assuming the guidance for every couple months is for families, what if you are 1 person? can I assume I can go longer than 2 months? this is better than the alternative of no great filtration, and plastic pitchers though!
Sterling C.
Really like the design and look of the product. It does deliver on taste as well, if it can be said about water. My only caveats about the pitcher is that I got the 7-cups one and I don't think that it would fill 7-cups. Also, it would be nice to have the silicone base included with the pitcher because it is really nice feature for not slipping and banging the glass.
Run G.
If you like having an easy pitcher of filtered water available in the fridge, this is a great option. Everyone's fridge has a water dispenser, but this means you can bring it to the dinner table and not have to fill everything from the slow dispenser. This works really well for that.
The only downsides are that the wider base means it takes up a decent amount of space in the fridge. And, it can be slow to filter. We add water to the reservoir, wait for it to filter, and do it again (3 times or so). It's a tiny hassle... but fine.
Cheryl B.
Our family has tried a few other filtered water pitchers and each had their own problems, from ease of use to the taste of the filtered water. So far, our LifeStraw pitcher is perfect! It's obvious that loads of thought and testing went into creating this product, and the filtered water tastes exactly as it should...like nothing. Thank you for helping us to stay healthy and hydrated!
Karla H.
Love the glass pitcher (less plastic). Great design; silicone bottom protects it well. Excellent taste. We fill ours MULTIPLE times a day.
Neha K.
The aesthetic is great, and it's so nice to have clean water in a glass pitcher -- well worth it!
Brian A.
I really enjoy this pitcher! I love the fact that it's glass, really appreciate that there is the nice silicone base to protect the glass and counter when I set it down, and like the way I can fill it up to the top!
I feel better drinking from it, knowing that there are two levels of filters, and I THINK it's better than something like a Britta...
Claude J.
Water tastes great and coffee tastes better!
Marita I.
This is our second pitcher, and we really like the new design with the silicone base. It filters water quickly and easily.
L S.
The young adults in our house noticed the pitcher and began using it right off the bat. I don’t think they realize it’s a water filter. Not too heavy when full and the water tastes good. Thank you.
Micaela M.
Water tastes great!
Melissa L.
I waited a bit before reviewing this to make sure my initial impressions stood up over time. I really love this system. It takes some thought, because a filtered water pitcher does fill up more slowly. But it's not unmanageable. The rubber cover on the bottom is a great (and I'd say necessary) addition. You know you're setting it down on a padded surface every time. Any time you pour water out, you should add it as well, so the pitcher is full/filtering for the next time you want a drink.
Our area has a higher than acceptable amount of PFAS in the water system. They're working on mitigation, but this gives me always good drinking water. Get the year of filters package, I wasn't sure about it at first, but as much as I like this pitcher, I'm glad I got that.
Angelica G.
Love this! Best purchase especially knowing my water is sitting in glass and not plastic.
Lynn W.
It's a beautifully designed pitcher that I enjoy as much for its aesthetics as its functionality. The pitcher holds more water than it looks like it should and the water tastes really great without any odd flavors.
Janet Z.
Sleek pitcher, easy to use and no longer need to boil water, which is great
Lacey J.
Is it heavy? Yes. It is glass filled with water, not much way around that. But it looks classy as all get out, and takes my water from “fine” to “delicious!” Have already recommended to several people.
Judie A.
The pitcher is sleek and looks great on the table. The water tastes clean, and I'm thrilled that it is glass. The one bit of warning to share is that it can be heavy when it is full of water. It was a surprise how much heavier it was than a full Britta
Danielle B.
The design is good, wish the handle was thicker or came with some kind of grippy on it. Works great
Judith W.
I'm trying to eliminate plastic as much as possible & this pitcher is a good start. The design of it is modern:heart: & it doesn't take up a lot of room in the fridge. Now, I don't taste chlorination anymore.
Eleanor Z.
much better w the silicone base; the last glass pitcher broke at the base when it hit the side of the counter by accident.
Debra W.
The product is well designed, looks good and does what it says. While true the glass version is heavy it is the version I prefer. Water tastes great which is really what I was looking for.
Emily S.
Taste of water is improved & the pitcher is great looking
Susanne D.
I am so pleased with this! I really wanted to have a glass pitcher, and I appreciate the whole design. The filters were very easy to install, and after running water thru a few times, the filtration sped up and is now super quick. I live in a city with high lead concentration in the water, so being able to address that makes a huge difference, as well as getting rid of all of the chlorine taste!
Joan B.
Love it. Fresh tasting water.
Barbara H.
Nice design and easy to use. No need to purchase bottled water anymore.
John M.
Great product at great price. Makes coffee taste so much better and ice cubes, drink mixes are all better than tap water. Plus we don’t fill up the recycle bin with empty bottles!
Suzanne B.
Love it so far! Great design, and easy to fill. I really like that this filter removes microplastics.
Irma M.
I love my new LifeStraw pitcher. The water tastes great for drinking and tea making. I encouraged my friend to purchase a LifeStraw pitcher. Thanks for a great product!
Kathleen F.
LifeStraw is the glass water filter that I've been waiting for. It's beautifully designed and I have faith in the reported filter capacity. Somewhere I read that it did not filter out much needed minerals, but I went back to find the info I couldn't. I would like to know if I need to take mineral supplements or does it really distinguish the good from the bad.
Mary M.
Our whole family is thrilled with our 7 cup LifeStraw glass pitcher. We feel safer drinking our tap water again. And we love that the pitcher is made of glass - not plastic.
The easy fill lid is fantastic. We don't have to remove the top, just hold the pitcher under the faucet. It's cool when the lid just snaps itself shut. We also like that we can pour the already filtered water without having the newly added water slosh out. It looks pretty too. We love the pure taste our water has now. Even our young grandson noticed when he came to visit. Sounds weird, but we're bragging about our new pitcher to family and friends. Thanks for a great product.
Emma T.
I really like this product. I haven't tested the water coming from it so can't comment on how purified it is, which is the only reason I've given it 4 not 5 stars. If I had some way of testing the water from my tap and then testing the water from the pitcher and could see what had been removed that would make me think it was great, or 5 stars. I had reservations about buying because one buyer complained about how slow it is to filter but that hasn't been a problem for us, we just keep it topped up all the time and it filters through. I like that it's glass and not plastic. I bought it because the EWG review of water quality showed our water had a number of potentially dangerous contaminents and while not all of these are addressed by the carbon filter method, I remembered from their report that some of them were. I also liked that this method does not remove minerals which are considered beneficial, whereas the more thorough reverse osmosis method does. I like too, in comparison to the reverse osmosis method, that this method does not waste water. I haven't had it long enough to replace the filter yet.
Gene S.
We are very pleased with the performance of the Lifestraw glass pitcher.
As the instructions indicate, the flow performance improves after a few fill-ups: Prior to that, filtering took a very long time.
The water is tasteless, and odorless. It seems pure, and clean, meeting those basic expectations.
The pitcher design is a nice complement to the counter, and the lid and other sub-assemblies are well engineered, the assembly is high quality, the seals are tight, and it all looks very durable.
Overall, the performance of the system is (far) superior to Britta.
We have to maneuver the pitcher a bit to get it under the tap for filling. Sink depth, plus the faucet height might cause problems in some kitchens.
One disappointment was the packaging that was used for shipping. Inasmuch as it is a glass pitcher and needs protection, and cushioning in transit, one hopes Lifestraw will find a way to reduce the packaging .waste
Vaughn F.
It’s easy to fill; looks great and feels great to handle. We’re very glad it supports a good cause; and no plastic!
Racquel H.
I bought the LifeStraw pitcher as our city water has a high PFAS count, and this pitcher was one that filtered it out. For the price it is a great pitcher. Very well made, great design, and the taste of the water is amazing. I just placed an order for the replacement filters for a year as I will continue to use the pitcher. Thank you LifeStraw.
Shanelle262003
I’ve been using this picture for a few weeks now. It works great. Takes out all the hard minerals that are in well water. The water taste great and performed as expected. I would recommend this product to friends and family.
Daniel L.
This things is way better than what I'm used to. I have to say that the water this thing filters tastes fantastic. Straight from the fridge into this thing and the water is almost completely tasteless (just the way I like it). Definitely recommend!
Shirley
I live in an older house with old plumbing and have not drank water straight from the faucet in years. This lifestyle pitcher seems to work really well. My water from it has no smell and no aftertaste. I can now stop buying so many plastic water bottles.
It's small enough that I can easily move it from room to room. I even took it with me when I went to visit family that use well water. They were impressed by it and now want one, too.
Mama C.
Love love love this water pitcher. Was super easy to assemble and the water tastes amazing! Love the glass pitcher which makes it look fancy. Myself and kids have loved drinking the water, perfect if you have hard city water.
Undkandp
This water filter is great it don't take up too much room in the fridge and it filters out the bad stuff from your tap water it's very easy to open up right out of the box and begin using. I can't say enough about this the water tastes great!
Maddy K.
My reverse osmosis recently started acting up and I have HATED going back to plastic water bottles. I came across this in the nick of time. Very good looking shape and extremely user friendly. Easy to fill and pour. 10/10 would recommend
Lifestraw P.
I recently received this lifestraw home water filter pitcher and I'm glad I did! Probably the most elegant looking filter I've seen and the water tastes great! Fills fast too so you can refill a bottle quickly
Molly W.
This is a very nice filter pitcher. I was really happy to find one that was glass instead of plastic and am very impressed with the amount of things it removes or reduces from the water. The set up was pretty easy and straightforward and I can really taste the difference it has made. The only issue I had was that it is very tall! I had to adjust the shelves in my fridge in order to get it to fit, which might not be practical for people who need all the shelf space in their fridge.
Courtney H.
I've searched high and low for a glass filter pitcher, and this one is quite nearly perfect. My tap water now water tastes wonderful, and it definitely did not before. (I also appreciate the absence of plastic-taste I get from plastic pitchers, in addition to the chemicals.) The only minor complaint is that the instructions did not prepare me for the first few fills to be VERY SLOW. I was sure something was wrong or I'd put it together incorrectly, but apparently the filters just take a moment to get in the groove. In any case, I heartily recommend!
Eklypze79
Our family loves this water pitcher, the design is very nice and it is so easy our 5 yr old helps keep it filled. Peace of mind knowing our water is clean is very important to us. It is easy to clean and filters the water through the carbon filter pretty quickly. And the filters last for around 2 months each!
Carrie K.
cute in design, but also a bit bulky and not designed to hold a great amount of water, but the handle jets out. I dont taste a difference in my water. I am Berkey water girl for life and dont think Id ever switch full time to this
Marega08
I am a person who loves to have water readily available in the fridge. I love this product even though the shape was a little odd. Life straw is such a wonderful brand and this is a great addition to my kitchen
Arpalcher
I have always been very picky about my water and have been buying bottled water instead of drinking from the fridge like the rest of my family. But now I can finally ditch the bottled water now that I have this LifeStraw pitcher!
This pitcher comes with two different filters. A membrane micro filter which lasts up to two years! And a carbon filter that is good for 40 gallons or about two months.
We live in a somewhat old house so I am happy to have peace of mind with the carbon filter removing any impurities that may be in the lines.
The pitcher itself is very break resistant (I know this first hand, I immediately dropped it after opening the box). The lid had a nice seal on it that makes a perfect tight fit in the pitcher.
I would highly recommend LifeStraw for any picky water drinkers like me.
Danielle015
I am so happy to have tried this water pitcher! It produces such great tasting water without the hassle of buying water bottles and wasting plastic. I feel good knowing it has filtered out the bacteria and metals that may Have been left in my water. At first it did take a little while to fill up the pitcher, however after a few tries, it goes ALOT quicker! I am very happy knowing I am doing all I can to keep unwanted materials out of my body and especially my kids!

The LifeStraw Home Water Filter Pitcher 7 cup version is outstanding. First of all, it is beautiful to look at. But most of all, it does the job. I did not think our water tasted bad until i put it through this water filter pitcher. It now tastes crisp and clean like never before.. It is now free of microplastics, bacteria and parasites. I am so happy that my family is now protected and drinking safe water. I recommend it to everyone.
Maddy1611
I love the sleek design of the filter pitcher. It is very easy to set up. It has very less parts. Perfect for a countertop pitcher. It takes a little time to fill the pitcher completely but definitely holds enough as compared to its size. I filled it up 2-3 times in a day and it was perfect for my family. It is very easy to fill it up though. The best thing I'd I love the design and it's very different from the others. Also it is extremely portable and very durable. I love that there is a silicone base to protect the base from chipping or breaking. Overall I would definitely recommend this pitcher, specially if you have a small kitchen or live in an apartment. You can also take it with you while travelling and would want fresh water.
Masonthegreat
The LifeStraw pitcher seems to be well-made and durable with shatter-resistant glass. It's easy to clean and fill. It's fairly small at 11.2" by 6.4" and holding 7 cups of liquid - which is both good and bad. I like that it doesn't take up too much room in the fridge, but I have to fill it up quite often as it doesn't hold much water. It will filter 40 gallons of water before needing to be replaced. I do like the handle, it's easy to pour and I like the silicone base - which is almost necessary for a glass pitcher. The water does in fact taste very pure and clean and I would recommend it if you are looking for a smaller pitcher.
Crys
I've purchased water filters in the past but I could still smell an awkward smell from our water. I decided to try the pitcher instead and to my surprise this filter really catches bacteria and prevents harsh chemicals. The bottles of water take up too much space in my fridge so this saves lots of space as well. I brought another one for the office. Definitely recommend it. A great buy.
Rooster
What an ease to assemble and start using for fresh water. The look of this pitcher is sleek and it’s easy to refil and pour yourself a tall class or just a sip of water. It is great to have water ready and waiting for you just when you need it.
Teeeteee
Perfect little pitcher for the fridge. We drink a lot of bottled water, this will save us for when we are home have some good tasting water especially for dinner time. Doesn’t take up much room in the fridge so that’s a bonus
S B.
This is a great filter pitcher. I like how my water tastes after being filtered through. The glass pitcher looks sleek but holds enough for a few hours so I can fill my water bottle and the kids' before it needs to be refilled. It does filter slower so it takes a bit to fill it back up but I just work around the kitchen while filling it up 3-4 times for the filter process.
Big J.
This water pitcher is great. The filter caught a lot of stuff from my house water. It made my tap water more clearer. And taste a lot better now. This pitcher and filter is made of quality materials and will last a longtime. Thanks For A Great Product!!!
Femalebiker21
We have been using our LifeStraw Home pitcher for several weeks now, and I enjoy using it so much more than our old Pur pitcher. The filter lid flips open and closes depending on the flow of water coming in, so I don't have to ever remove the lid for filling. The pitcher is a nice size and is easy to handle and pour. For our family of five, we probably should have a larger sizes pitcher, but we try to refill after most uses, so this size has worked fine for us. I only give the four stars because I can't find any independent lab testing on this pitcher, and because it doesn't remove as many chemicals in the water as other filters on the market
Hrbnc26
I'm a fan of any product that helps reduce the amount of plastic being wasted and polluting our environment, so I am loving this water pitcher! Filtering tap water through this pitcher is also so much more healthy than drinking water from plastic water bottles, because it filters out bacteria, parasites, microplastics, chlorine, lead, mercury, etc. Therefore, this seems like a much more healthy & sustainable choice for my family and the planet!
Em S.
This filter pitcher is fantastic. First, the design is beautiful and modern. I love that it's glass and has a silicone base. The silicone base keeps the pitcher in place when I set it down. All the parts are FDA food grade compliant which makes me feel at ease drinking from this. It's easy to change the filter and use. The capacity is enough for 7 cups of water, which is how much I drink in a day so it's perfect to keep in the fridge for when I'm ready. I like to take this on trips when I don't know what the water is going to be like. It makes me feel comfortable and safe drinking the water from wherever I go. It filters out so many things like bacteria, parasites, lead, mercury, heavy metals, chemicals, microplastics, and more. It's a great investment for quality drinking water that is easily accessible.
Ann59
Stay safe and hydrated wherever you go. This filters lead, mercury, and heavy metals out of the water you drink. It also filters out bacteria and parasites, along with harmful chemicals. All of this improves the taste of your water. The pitcher is glass with a silicone sleeve encasing the bottom. Perfect for camping and home use.
Hank1973
We have hard water in our area so we always filter our drinking water. This pitcher has really helped with getting our kids to drink more water. It is easy to fill. The water tastes MUCH better poured from this pitcher. The glass makes it look and feel more elegant and helps keep the water cold in the fridge. The rubber foot is also a nice touch to keep it from slicing or getting scratched up on the bottom. It is tapered a bit more than the attached picture represents but that just adds to the aesthetics. We use Lifestraw personal filters for camping and knew they are quality products. This pitcher is no different.
Lvwither
We have decent water but have calcium that leaves a white crust on dishes etc. I have tried other pitchers and they dont work well. This pitcher is premium quality and very easy to use. I feel the water is very pure and i am very happy with it. I will purchase another one for my parents. Love this product
Boydad10
I bought this pitcher over the weekend and have been impressed with it. It's design fits nicely in my fridge, without taking up the amount of room I'm use to with other filter pitchers. It seems to filter water at a normal rate as compared to other pitchers. Another design I enjoy is the fill top, which only needs you to place it under the faucet and allow the weight of the water to do the rest. It's capacity is enough to fill almost two 32oz water bottles without a refill! I have been thoroughly impressed with this product.
Kelly D.
I was impressed by how well this pitcher pours while filtering. I fill it up every time I use it, and it makes the water taste so much better. Fantastic design.
Stephen L.
I like it. The water taste better than my PUR filter pitcher water. I think the fact that the Lifestraw pitcher is made of glass is important. I wish the handle was a little lower on the pitcher so it would be more balance when filled with water. It’s heavy when filled. I think it was a good investment. I drink a lot of water :sweat_drops:
